Can I pick my items up if I live in Orlando?

Swan City is currently online only but will be at pop-ups almost every month. Follow us on Instagram at @SwanCityOrlando or our Facebook Page to see where we will be popping up next! You can also join our sweet mailing list at the bottom of the page - we will be letting our subscribers know about pop-ups, new releases and send out the occasional discount code!

What is the sizing of the shirts, tanks, etc?

On every item we list the sizing guide as well as the materials they are made out of, their washing guide, and more which should give you a good idea about fit and sizing. If you still have questions, feel free to shoot us an email before making your purchase and we will gladly help answer your them. You can also visit us at a pop-up to try on the different styles. 

Will any of the apparel items shrink or fade in the wash?

Almost all of the apparel is made out of either tri-blend or jersey fabric to create a vintage, fitted look. Their extreme durability makes them withstand repeated washings and still remain super comfortable wash after wash without shrinking. We do recommend air drying or the tumble dry low setting to get the best longevity out of our apparel. 

All things shipping and handling:

Please double check your shipping address when you receive your order confirmation as we are NOT responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to incorrect addresses. Swan City will cover a variety of courier errors such as lost or damaged in transit, postage due errors or generally misrouted packages when tracking provides no clear details or cause. We will NOT cover errors due to our customers losing, missing, or supplying incorrect delivery addresses.
In the rare cases that a package is marked as delivered by the courier, but you have yet to receive it, Swan City would not cover the cost of reshipping the order should it go undelivered. If this should occur, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist. If the items make it back to the factory then we will notify you for a resend to a deliverable address but this will unfortunately be at the cost of the customer. 
In most instances, it is found that the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the your address. Customers should reach out to the courier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person - e.g. "left under table on back porch." You may also want to interrogate your neighbors because they might have stolen your sweet Swan City goods!
International shipping is available to all of our customers so send some Swan City across that pond or wherever your heart desires! Should you encounter any issues please reach out to us before submitting your purchase. Please note that all international shipping costs are applied at checkout but customs and import duties may be applied to orders once your package is received; Swan City is not held accountable for these fees. Lastly, please ensure you are inputting the correct address when placing the order.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Please email us before submitting a return or exchange as we are a small business and want to ensure we serve our customers in the best way possible. We do accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your order. To be eligible the items must be unwashed, unworn, and/or in salable condition for a full refund. For all returns and exchanges the customer is responsible for the postage required. 
Any item listed on sale will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
